The elevator was out of service for the whole stay, making trips to higher floors a chore. The pool was closed, which is a bummer when you're expecting to take a dip. Also, I encountered sharp Sandmat stickers in the designated pet area, which required careful navigation with my dogs. The mattress in my room sank into a hole after a couple of nights, making it uncomfortable for a proper rest.

Consider asking for a room away from the elevators for a quieter stay, especially during busy weekends.

The ocean view from my King Room was stunning. However, the ice machine on my floor was out of order during my stay.

I stayed for 5 nights in a King Room and loved the view from the 3rd floor. Dana at the front desk made my stay memorable by getting me the room I wanted. The morning staff were super nice too, which added to the overall experience. Can't wait for the restaurant and pool to open!

Perfect for Families
The pool was amazing, perfect for the kiddos and adults alike. I booked two rooms and requested they be adjoined. The staff accommodated that. Dana at the front desk was really good too, went above and beyond for us. This place gave me some real comfort after a long trip, felt like home with the kids running around.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still reasonable for the quality we got.

I expected to feel special but found a broken coffee maker and a TV that didn't work without confusing instructions. The not-so-low toilet? What a charming disaster. And oh, the pool was out of order, but that really added to the enjoyment. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't. Absoluteley disappointing!

great location but some room details need attention
The room I stayed in offered spacious comfort, and the cleanliness was commendable. I appreciated the friendly staff. they went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. The air conditioner worked well, which was a relief during warmer days. I also enjoyed that I could see a glimpse of the ocean from my room. it truly added to the experience.
However, I found that some amenities, like the coffee maker, weren’t functioning properly, which led to a less than ideal morning routine.

Friendly staff made an effort to accommodate pets, which was appreciated. The location was acceptable, but the breakfast options were limited, running out quickly. The cleanliness of the room was commendable, yet the mattress showed signs of wear, sinking uncomfortably after one night. Despite these issues, I did get a glimpse of the ocean, adding some charm to the stay.

I loved the spacious king room with a comfy bed and enjoyed the in-room coffee maker, but the breakfast pastries disappeared too early for my taste. I'd return for the cozy atmosphere!
